By submitting and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to Clementina Interiors, LLC payment policy and agree to our Terms of Service. Design services will commence upon receipt and confirmation of the payment for the selected consultation package.

Please note the following:

• Payment Requirement: Full payment for the chosen design consultation package is required before the design process begins.

• Payment Methods: Clementina Interiors only accepts credit/debit cards for payment.

• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once the design process has commenced. If you wish to cancel before the design work begins, a refund may be provided.

• Design Ownership: Design concepts and plans remain the intellectual property of Clementina Interiors until the full payment is received. Any materials provided by Clementina Interiors cannot be resold or distributed without written consent.

• Project Evaluation: Clients are responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of their DIY projects to ensure they meet safety standards, local building codes, and other relevant regulations. Clementina Designs is not liable for any consequences resulting from non-compliance.
